Lock in your date with a signed contract and a 50% deposit.

About 4–6 weeks before your wedding, we’ll chat on the phone to go over the special moment you want painted and any important details.

I’ll arrive 3–4 hours before your ceremony to start painting the background scene.

At a planned time before or right after the ceremony, we’ll pull you aside for a quick photo session to use as a reference.

Toward the end of the night, your coordinator or photographer will whisk you away from the dance floor to unveil your stunning painting!

After your wedding, I’ll take your painting to my studio to add final details and apply a protective varnish. This usually takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the size.

Once it’s done, I’ll contact you to arrange pickup or delivery. If shipping is needed, I’ll pack it professionally and provide a shipping quote.
